摘要
目的了解ICU对男护士的接受及对男护士的工作状况调查,为培养和合理使用男护士提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对150名江苏三级甲等医院ICU医护人员进行问卷调查。结果 95%医生喜欢与男护士值班,94%女护士医生喜欢与男护士值班;87%男护士常向医生请教医学问题并熟练操作ICU仪器设备,男护士本科学历以上占男护士人数74%,男护士发表论文占男护士人数43%,均高于女护士。结论 ICU男护士优势的日益显现及护理学发展的需要,迫切需要男性加盟到ICU护理队伍中。
Objective To surgery the male nurses in accepting the working status, on training and the rational use of male nurses,and to provide a basis. Methods A self--designed questionnaire was ap- plied to 108 Jiangsu AAA hospital nurses in ICU. Results 95% doctors and nurses on duty like male, 94%female nurses physicians like and male nurse on duty; 87% male nurses often consulted the doctor medical problems and skilled operation of ICU equipment, male nurse undergraduate education accounted for more than 74% , the number of male nurses publishing papers accounted for 43%, higher than those of female nurses. Conclusions Advantage Of ICU male nurse is growing increasingly and the need of the development for nursing science asks more men to join ICU nursing team.
