摘要
启动技术是带式输送机的关键技术,软启动已成为带式输送机是否达到技术先进的主要标志之一。尤其在大型带式输送机设计中必须考虑和解决启动问题。选用哪一种软启动装置,除了考虑技术要求外,还必须考虑经济合理性。通过对本公司目前常用的3种软启动装置的技术经济分析比较,提出应根据带式输送机不同的使用要求和不同的使用地点来选择性价比最优的软启动装置。既达到软启动要求,又经济合理。
Start-up is the key technology of belt conveyor,whether having soft start-up device has become one of the symbols of reaching advanced technology,especially must be considered and resolved in the design process of large belt conveyor.Which soft start-up sholud be used,not only be based on the consider of technology,but also on the thinking about economy rationality.This paper through the technical and economy analysis of three common soft start-up devices in our company,gives the view that should choose the cost optimal soft start-up device according to the different using requirement and place of belt conveyor,so that can meet the soft start-up and economy rationality demands.
