摘要
通过5个典型润滑脂润滑维护不当产生的滚动轴承运行故障实例的剖析,说明了滚动轴承润滑维护工作中润滑脂选用、填充、补给和更换的技术经验,分析了故障的成因和防范措施,指出了避免同类润滑故障的要点和相关技术指标。
After analysing five typical instances about malfunction of grease used in roller bearing,some technical experiences are given in roller bearing equipment maintenance.The experiences include the cause of malfunction and preventive measures.Some related qualifications are proposed to deal with the similar lubrication malfunction.
