摘要
针对某型号活塞顶面发生的裂纹和烧穿现象,对活塞的材料、内冷油腔、顶部积碳、断面裂纹和工作情况等进行了综合分析研究,认为活塞燃烧室喉口部位的硬伤、发动机长期超速超负荷运转是导致活塞顶部发生失效的主要原因,并就此提出了预防活塞顶部失效的措施。
For the crack and burn-through phenomenon of a engine piston crown,the piston material,inner oil-cooling channel,piston crown carbon deposition,section crack and working conditions were analyzed and researched synthetically.It was thought that collision of piston combustion chamber larynx and long-term overspeed and overload operation of engine were main causes for failure of engine piston crown.Based on thought,the measures of preventing failure of engine piston crown phenomenon were put forward.
