摘要
以MG500/1180-WD采煤机的技术参数为基础,对摇臂液压调高系统的工作原理进行了分析。利用AMESim软件建立了液压系统的仿真模型,对调高液压缸的运动情况进行了模拟,探讨了弹簧刚度、阀芯阻尼等因素对液压双向锁的影响。
Based on the technical parameters of MG500/1180-WD shearer,the working principle of ranging arm hydraulic height adjusting system has been analyzed.The simulation model of hydraulic system was established by AMESim,the motion situation of hydraulic cylinder has been simulated.The influence of spring stiffness and valve core damping on bidirectional hydraulic lock has been discussed.
