摘要
建立了大型带式输送机的动力学模型,并对建立的动力学模型进行了仿真,得出了大型带式输送机满载启动工况下的动张力曲线,可以看出:满载工况下,驱动滚筒所受的张力远大于空载启动时的张力;满载时驱动滚筒的张力大于改向滚筒的5倍左右,为带式输送机的设计和维修提供可靠依据。
This paper established the large belt conveyor dynamics model,and uses the establishment of the dynamic model of the simulation,it is concluded that the large belt conveyor start with full load operation under dynamic tension curve,the results show:with full loaded conditions,and the tension of the driving drum is far higher than the tension with no-load.With full loaded,the driving drum tension is as redirection of big drum as 5 times or so.The results improve the reliable basis for the design and maintenance of the belt conveyor.
