摘要
目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平分别与男、女脑梗死发病的关系。方法采用生化分析仪循环酶法测定265例男性(其中健康对照组为57例,脑梗死患者为208例)及150例女性(其中健康对照组为56例,脑梗死患者为94例)。结果男性脑梗死组血浆中HCY平均水平为(17.56±0.76)μmol/L,男性健康对照组血浆中HCY平均水平为(13.71±0.91)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.244,P<0.01);女性脑梗死组血浆HCY平均水平为(13.78±0.95)μmol/L,女性健康对照组血浆HCY水平(10.44±0.64)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.927,P<0.01)。另外发现,无论是对照组还是脑梗死组,男性HCY平均水平均显著高于女性,t值分别为33.976和22.126,均P<0.01。结论血浆同型半胱氨酸升高与男女脑梗死有关,是脑梗死发生的重要致病因素。
[ Objective ] To study the correlation between the plasma homocysteine ( HCY ) levels and male or female cerebral infarction respectively. [ Methods] Enzymatic cycling biochemical analyzer was used to detect 265 male patients (57 cases in healthy control group, 208 cases of cerebral infarction ) and 150 female patients ( 56 cases in healthy control group, 94 cases of cerebral infarction). [ Results] The average plasma HCY levels in the male patients was {17.56 ±0.76) μmol/L and {13.71 ± 0.91) μmol/L in the male control group; and the difference was significant { t =3. 244,P 〈0.01 ). The average plasma HCY levels in the female patients was [ 13.78 ± 0.95 ) μmol/L and ( 10.44 ± 0.64 ) μmol/L in the female control group; and the difference was significant [ t = 2.927 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Further study about the comparison between male or female in control group or cases group showed the HCY average levels of male were significant higher that of the female ( t = 2. 927, t = 22. 126, both P 〈 0.01 }. [ Conclusion ] There was closely correlation between elevated plasma homocysteine levels and the increased incidence of cerebral infarction in both men and women. The plasma HCY level is an important adverse factor which can increase the incidence of cerebral infarction.
