摘要
目的了解介入手术操作现场的辐射水平,并估算介入操作人员的年剂量水平。方法采用BH3103A便携式X-γ剂量率仪检测介入操作现场辐射剂量率。结果防护屏内外侧的吸收剂量率分别为(38.59±7.48)和(10.52±5.86)μGy/h,医生防护服内外侧的吸收剂量率分别为(3.06±1.17)和(75.35±2.63)μGy/h,初步估计医生年有效剂量约为0.334 mSv/a。防护屏的防护效果为72.7%,防护服的防护效果为95.9%。结论医生年有效剂量小于国家规定限值。
To understand the radiation level of interventional operation place, and estimate its annual dose level. [ Methods] BH3103A Portable X-γ dose rate monitor was used to detect the radiation dose rate of interventional operation place. [Results] The absorbed dose rate of shield inside and outside was (38. 59 ±7. 48) μGy/h and (10. 52 ±5. 86} μGy/h, respectively; that of medical protection clothing inside and outside was ( 3. 06 ± 1. 17 ) μGy/h and (75. 35 ± 2. 63 ) μGy/h, respectively. The pre-estimated effective dose was about 0. 334 mSv/a annually. The protective effect of shield and protective clothing was 72. 7% and 95.9%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The annual effective dose of doctor is lower than the national limits.
