摘要
从核桃的根、茎、叶内分离到72株内生真菌,依据其形态特征,共鉴定出47种真菌;并对分离材料的表面消毒方式做了筛选,结果表明用75%的酒精消毒3min效果最佳。
Abstract：Seventy two strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Juglans regia, and 47 strains were classified and identified according to the morphological characters. The study on the screening of surface disinfection methods showed that the treatment with 75% ethanol for 3 min was the best method .
