摘要
分析突发事件应急处置过程中对应急资源的需求,并借鉴地震灾害应急救援力量需求方面的研究,根据突发事件的类型和后果的严重度以及突发事件应急处置过程中对应急资源需求的影响因素,设计在突发事件应急处置过程中的应急资源需求分析模型,对应急资源需求进行定量分析具有一定的帮助。
This paper analyzed the science of emergency disposal process to the emergency resources demands, and profits from the earthquake disaster emergency rescue power demand, according to the type of emergency and consequences of severity, and emergency disposal process to the emergency resource demand factor, the design in emergency disposal process of emergency resource demand analysis model for emergency resource requirements for quantitative analysis has some help.
