摘要
提出了应用遗传算法对列车空调翅片管式冷凝器的尺寸优化设计,根据不同设计要求,以冷凝器的重量或体积为目标函数,翅片的厚度和间距作为优化变量.优化结果表明,冷凝器重量(或体积)明显减小,换热性能得到改善,符合列车提速对设备的轻量化和高性能设计要求.
A strategy for optimal design of train air-conditioning condenser (TACC) was developed using genetic algorithm (GA). According to different design requirements the weight or the volume of TACC was taken as an objective function and the dimensions of spacing and thickness of the fins as the optimization parameters. The optimization results show that the weight(volume) of TACC is reduced obviously and the heat transfer performance is improved. The design requirements of high performance and light weight can be satisfied,when the train speed is raised.
