思密达治疗溃疡性结肠炎腹泻的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨思密达灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎及单用美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效对比。方法选取我院2004年1月至2010年6月在我院住院的80例患者分为2组,治疗组40例服用美沙拉嗪1.0g一日3次,思密达9g每晚保留灌肠,对照组40例仅口服美沙拉嗪1.0g一日3次。结果联合治疗组有效率90%,对照组有效率67.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服联合药物灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有很好的疗效。
