摘要
目的观察无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床效果,探讨相关护理干预措施。方法选取我院2010年3月至2011年9月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者220例,随机分为两组,其中对照组110例,采用常规西医治疗,实验组110例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用无创正压通气治疗;比较两组患者有创通气率,总通气时间,治疗前后动脉血气分析指标、呼吸频率、心率及住院时间等。结果实验组患者有创通气率、总通气时间明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后PaO2、PaCO2及SpO2血气分析指标改善程度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实验组患者治疗后呼吸频率、心率及住院时间明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床效果显著,能够有效改善通气功能,减少有创通气,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and investigate the related nursing intervention. Methods 220 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were chose in the period from March 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （110 patients） with conventinal treatment and experimental group （110 patients） with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment; and the invasive ventilation rate, the total ventilation time, arterial blood gas analysis index before and after treatment, respiratory rate, heart rate and the hospital staying time of both groups were compared. Results The invasive ventilation rate and the total ventilation time of experimental group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. The improving degree of arterial blood gas analysis index after treatment of experimental group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. And respiratory rate, heart rate and the hospital staying time of experimental group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conelnsion The noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease obtain excellent effect, can effectively improve ventilatory function, reduce the invasive ventilation rate, and is worthy of clinical application.
