摘要
用价廉的钨铼偶取代昴贵的铂佬偶测温,其技术关键是找寻适用于钨铼偶的抗氧化保护方法,本研究成功地发明了储氢材料涂层类封闭空间保护方法,依此法生产的铁水连续测温抗氧化钨铼偶已通过中国计量科学院产品定型鉴定,可以在生产中推广应用。
The major problem of substituting the expensive Pt-Ph thermal couple is to seek the way to protect tungsten-rhenium thermal couple from oxidation, this research is successed in inventing a way that uses a hydrogen carrying material to protect the couple. Thermal couples produced in this way had been identified by the Chinese Academy of Metrology Sciences. it can be used widely in the production.
