摘要
在大量试验研究的基础上,提出了一项铸铁件补缩新工艺—富有弹性的弧形砂箱工艺。文中对该工艺的设计基础、结构参数及工艺参数、工艺特点及效能进行了较详尽的分析。本工艺特别适宜于厚实铸铁件的生产,可望能在有关行业中得以推广运用。
On the basis of a number of experiment, the author developed a new feeding technology for iron castings—Arc Flask which be full of elastic. In the paper author have analysed the basic design, the structure and best parameter, the characteristics and efficiency of this technology with more detail. This technology especially suitable for the production of heavy sction iron casting, It may be spread for casting production within sight.
