摘要
通过开展对灌溉水利用系数资料的搜集、整理,并对我国不同地区不同气候和用水状况条件下的渠系水(或灌溉水)利用系数进行调研。并选取我国典型灌区,进行灌区渠系水(和灌溉水)利用系数的调研分析。分析渠系水(或灌溉水)利用系数与当地经济、灌区用水状况、作物规模和种类、地下水埋深、气象条件等关系。最后,对我国渠系水(或灌溉水)利用系数的现状进行评价。结果表明,我国大部分灌区的灌溉水利用系数尚未达到规定标准,须采取措施加以提高。
This paper was collected and evaluated the work on the study of irrigation efficiency, and investigated the irrigation efficiency in different regions, under different climate conditions and for different water utilization level. Then a typical irrigation area was chosen to carry out the investigation of irrigation efficiency in our country. The relationship of irrigation efficiency (including the water efficiency of canal system) local economy, water utilization condition, the type and scale of crops, the groundwater level and climate conditions etc. were summarized. The results showed that currently the comprehensive method was the most reasonable measuring - calculation method for irrigation efficiency. It also showed that the irrigation efficiency in most irrigation area in our country had not reached the stipulation standard and the enhancing measures should be taken.
