计算机辅助设计与制造布速在线检测方法研究

摘要 采用计算机辅助设计(CAD)与制造(CAM)技术,针对染色机布速检测过程中存在的打滑,精度不高等问题,提出了一种新的可行测速方案。在染色机的提布罗拉上方安装一个测速滚筒,利用光电编码器和单片机测量系统对布的平均速度和瞬时速度进行监测、显示和存储。该方案不仅解决了测速问题,而且可以在一定程度上减少打滑现象;进而根据测得的布速,及时调整喷嘴压力、染液进出阀的开度以及染液温度等,保证染色质量。 The cloth - speed has the very vital significance for staining quality of dyeing machine. This paper direct at the sliding and precision problem of dyeing machine in cloth - speed measurement from CAD/CAM. The paper proposes a new and feasible method which install a speed roller in cloth rewinder roll of dyeing machine above. Cloth - speed is calculated by detecting speed of the speed roller. Monitor , display and store average speed and instantaneous speed of cloth by photoelectric encoder and single chip computer. The program not only solve the speed problem, but also within a certain range, avoid skidding cloth. According to the measured speed of cloth, we can adjust the pressure of nozzle, the opening of valve and the temperature of dye, thus ensuring the quality of dyeing cloth.
