摘要
采用超声提取法,研究了影响永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱的提取因素,优选不同溶剂的提取工艺。结果表明,永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱最佳超声提取工艺为:以150倍45%乙醇作溶媒,60℃超声,时间为40 min;以150倍水作溶媒,70℃下超声提取50 min;以150倍盐酸甲醇作溶媒,30℃下超声提取50 min,超声提取时间对盐酸小檗碱含量的影响显著。
To optimize the extraction process of different menstruum for berberine Hydrochloride in Berberis tsienii by orthogonal design, the test result indicated that, the optimum extracting condition was: adding 150 times amount of 45% alcohol extracting by irradiation for 40 minutes; adding 150 times amount of water extracting by irradiation for 50 minutes ; adding 150 times amount of hydrochloric acid - methyl alcohol extracting by irradiation for 50 minute. The influence of time on the content of berberine hydrochloride is significant.
