摘要
采用超声提取法,研究了影响永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱的提取因素,优选不同溶剂的提取工艺。结果表明,永思小檗中盐酸小檗碱最佳超声提取工艺为:以150倍45%乙醇作溶媒,60℃超声,时间为40 min;以150倍水作溶媒,70℃下超声提取50 min;以150倍盐酸甲醇作溶媒,30℃下超声提取50 min,超声提取时间对盐酸小檗碱含量的影响显著。
To optimize the extraction process of different menstruum for berberine Hydrochloride in Berberis tsienii by orthogonal design, the test result indicated that, the optimum extracting condition was： adding 150 times amount of 45% alcohol extracting by irradiation for 40 minutes; adding 150 times amount of water extracting by irradiation for 50 minutes ; adding 150 times amount of hydrochloric acid - methyl alcohol extracting by irradiation for 50 minute. The influence of time on the content of berberine hydrochloride is significant.
