摘要
本文通过对塑料齿轮齿形的研究参照相关标准,明确修形参数的设计计算方法。并用ANSYS对修形前后塑料齿轮进行有限元分析,说明塑料齿轮齿形修形的必要性同时得到塑料齿轮齿形的合理修形参数。
In this paper, by means of the research of plastic gear tooth and the reference standard, the calculation method of the design of the shape parameters is clear. By comparing the plastic gear before and after modification with ANSYS, the reasonable modification parameters of the plastic gear are obtained and the need for plastic gear tooth modification is illustrated.
