摘要
我厂生产的L3.5—20/8空压机曲轴,毛重74kg。牌号QT60—2,按JB2842—80《气体压缩机用球墨铸铁技术条件》:要求抗拉强度60kg/mm^2。延伸率2％,硬度HB229—302,球化等级不低于4级,球光体>80％,磷共晶+渗碳体<5％,曲轴表面要求磁粉探伤,内部要求超声波探伤。
The correct technology for the nodular iron production of L3.5-20 / 8 air compressor crankshaft has been studied. The results in this paper show that the crankshaft specifications can be met when corncr block system and chill are used on the casting process, this design is proved practical.
