摘要
本文简略地叙述了水溶性有机高分子粘结剂—聚乙烯醇缩甲醛粘结剂(简称XJ粘结剂)的合成原理,并较详细地描述了交联固化剂对粘结强度的影响。讨论了XJ-2粘结剂的浓度和加入量与强度和比强度的关系,测定了XJ-2粘结剂的强度和抗吸湿性并与聚乙烯醇进行了比较。最后用XJ-2粘结剂进行了浇注实验。
Synopsis: In the paper, the manufacturing principle of water-soluble organic high-molccular binder-polyvinyl formedehyde(XJ) was introduced and the influence of strength which was echieved by hardener was discribed. The relation of the dencity and the addition with strength and specific strength, was discussed. The comparison study on the strength and hygroscopicity rcsistant of XJ-2 with PVA was made and pouring test with XJ-2 has been conducted.
