摘要
随着管理体制的改革和布局结构的调整,高校需要新型的基于网络化的自动办公系统。文章首先对办公自动化的概念内涵、功能类型和优势特点进行阐述,然后分析我国高校办公自动化建设中存在的一些问题和不足,最后有针对性地提出解决问题的对策。
The reform of management system and the adjustment of distribution structure call for a new type of Internet - based office automation system in universities. This paper studies the concepts, and functions and advantages related to office automation. Also, it points out the problems and proposes some ways for improvement.
