摘要
复相Al67Mn8Ti24Nb1有序金属间化合物在高能球磨过程中发生了无序化,并进一步非晶化利用Miedema理论 模型计算了合金呈有序金属间化合物、无序fcc固溶体和非晶态的形成自由能。
The disordering and amorphizing of a multi-phase A167Mn8Ti24Nbl alloy were ob- served during high-energy ball-milling process. According to Miedema theoretical model the free energies of the ordered A167Mn8Ti24Nbl alloy, disordered fee solid solution and amorphous alloy were calculated. The disordering and amorphizing transitions can be understood by the thermodynamical analysis when the free energies accumulated by various kinds of defects induced by milling process are considered.
