摘要
采用X-光衍射分析、差热分析及电子探针定量分析等手段,分析了S_2砂的高温自身烧结过程及S_2砂与水玻璃之间的高温化学反应。研究结果表明,S_2砂的烧结过程是高温时TiO_2,从主相中析出并沉积在砂粒表面,导致S_2砂发生固相烧结。由于加入永玻璃,高温时Na_2O与S_2砂发生化学反应,生成大量的低熔点相,使S_2砂的液相烧结温度约降低600℃。S_2砂及水玻璃S_2砂产生收缩的温度与砂粒之间出现液相的温度是一致的。
Abstract
The sintering process of S2 sand itself and the chemical reactions between S2 sand and sodium silicate at high temperature was analysed using X-ray diffraction analysis, differential thermal analysis and electron microsprobe quantitative analysis. The resulting studies show that the sintering process of S2 sand is to seperate out TiO2 (rutile) from main phases of St sand at high temperature and to be deposited on the grain surface of S2 sand, thus causing solid reaction among Sz sand grains. Addition of sodium silicate easily produces chemical reaction between S2 sand and Na2O at high temperature forming a great number of low melting point phases and reducing the liquid phase sintering temperature of S2 sand by about 600CC. The contractive tempearture of S2 sand or sodium silicate bonded S2 sand is identical with the temperature appearing liquid phase among sand grains.
