摘要
为了实现铸件凝固过程的计算机快速模拟,提出动态边界条件计算法。通过对典型铸件的计算分析证明,采用动态边界条件计算法的铸件凝固快速模拟比传统模拟法节省计算机内存和机时60~80%,计算出的凝固时间短3.69%,节省了实测边界条件的大量工作。
Abstract
In order to bring about the rapid numerical simulation of casting solidification processes on computer, the dynamic boundary condition calculation method was proposed. The results obtained by the calculation and analysis of the typical casting show that the rapid simulation method using dynamic boundary condition calculation is able to have the computer internal storage and time save by 60~80%, compared with the traditional simulation method and the relative error of the solidification time calculated is only 3.69%, thus, a lot of work for measuring boundary condition is omited.
