介绍的是鱼尾连接板铸钢件的一种复合热处理工艺及亚临界正火工艺。亚临界正火中,均匀化同第一次正火合二为一。亚临界正火后,珠光体细化,碳化物呈短片或球状,从面提高了铸件的机械性能。
A multiply heat treatment process and its sub-critical normalizing for fish-like plate steel castings are presented. The homogenizing and first normalizing treatment could be merged into one step for the sub-critical normalizing treatment, either allowing the composition and structure to homogenize or preparing necessary structure for the following subcritical treatments. After the treatment, the fine-grained pearlite with small plates of discontinuous cementite or spheriodal carbides can be obtained, which improves the mechanical properties of the steel castings.
A differential thermal analysis can be used to explain the toughening mechanism of the steel castings cooled from the subcritical temperature.
