摘要
介绍了目前国内大型铝挤压机的装备及建设情况。指出：在未来２５年内我国现有的８台大型铝挤压机完全能满足市场对大型铝型材的需求；如若建设新的大型挤压生产线必须采用计算机控制系统及配套齐全的先进的前后部设备。介绍了西马克公司的 ＭＩＤＩＳ、 ＰＩＣＯＳ、 ＣＡＤＥＸ系统。
The situation of built and building heavy aluminium extruders in China at present are introduced. It points out that the eight heavy aluminium extruders of China can satisfy the requirment of producing large-section aluminium profile for domestic market in 25 years. The producing line should be fully equipped with computer control systems, such as PICOS(Process Information & Control System), MIDIS (Management Information Diagnostic Indication System) and CADEX (Computer Aided Direct Extrusion from SMS in Germany). The advanced auxiliary equipment for the line is necessary. Systems of PICOS, MIDIS and CADEX form SMS are also introduced.
