摘要
目前电除尘器监控设备采取的设计思路 ,是将高压部分与低压部分的监控设备分开成两个系统 ,并采用集中式监控方式。针对这一现状 ,提出了一种新的设计 ,将高压和低压的监控设备合并为一个系统 ,并采用分布式监控方式。该设计思路在DKZ 1型电除尘器电源及控制装置进行具体的实践并获得成功 。
To the current situation that the electric dust clearer is divided into high voltage and low voltage systems and using central supervisory control, the authors lay out a new design concept in which the two systems are integrated into one, and a distributed supervisory control is applied. DKZ 1 electric dust clearer power source and automatic control device adopts the new concept and operates successfully. The technical performance and economic index are improved greatly.
