摘要
目的 Vector治疗仪与Gracey刮治器两种方法对牙周基础治疗的疗效。方法将我院门诊接受治疗的56例慢性牙周炎患者分成四组:A组:上半口做Vector治疗,下半口做Gracey刮治器治疗;B组:下半口做Vector治疗,上半口做Gracey刮治器治疗;C组:下半口先做Gracey刮治器治疗,上半口做Vector治疗;D组:上半口先做Gracey刮治器治疗,下半口做Vector治疗。结果使用Vector治疗仪治疗的效果均优于Gracey刮治器的治疗效果。使用视觉模拟法(VAS)疼痛度进行比较,Vector治疗时疼痛度均小于Gracey刮治器。四组中差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vector治疗仪对于轻中度的慢性牙周炎具有良好的效果,较Gracey刮治器更能彻底清除菌斑,减轻患者疼痛,提高耐受,改善临床治疗效果。
Objective To contract the Vector and scraping the instrument Gracey for two methods to evaluate the therapeu tic effect of foundation at the same time. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with chronic periodontitis as the research ob jects were randomly divided into four groups, group A： half mouth do Vector treatment, the second half of the mouth Graeey blow to do the treatment; group B： the second half of the mouth do Vector treatment, the first blow to the mouth Gracey do the treatment; group C： the second half of the first blow to the mouth Graeey the treatment, the first mouth do Vector treatment; group D： mouth half do first blow to implement Gracey treatment, the second half of the mouth do Vector treatment. Results Four groups of plaque, index, and thrust clinical bleeding, depth, etc were significantly improved, but the effects of the treatment instrument use Vector were better than Gracey blow to the treatment effect of the device. Use visual simulation method （VAS） to all patients with pain degree compared, Vector treatment are less pain degree Gracey blow to implement. Four groups were significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Vector instrument for light, moderate chronic periodontitis has good effect, a blow to implement Graeey more can completely clear plaque, relieve pain patients, improve tolerance, improve the clinical treatment effect.
