摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者采用胰岛素强化治疗及个性化护理的临床效果。方法将我院收治的64例2型糖尿病患者。实验室辅助检查确定血糖水平后均给予胰岛素强化治疗。在强化治疗的基础上采用个性化护理方案,观察治疗及护理后患者的血糖控制情况及生活质量恢复情况。结果经治疗及护理后,所有患者血糖均控制良好。血糖控制率100%。护理后患者的生活质量明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后S-AI及T-AI评分明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据患者病情采用个性化护理措施,治疗及护理后患者的血糖控制良好,生活质量显著提高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of taking insulin intensive therapy and personalized nursing plan of dia betics. Methods Sixty-four patients with type 2 diabetes from our hospital, after blood glucose level detected by laboratory assistant checking, were received insulin intensive therapy and personalized nursing plan. After treatment and nursing, blood glucose control and the quality of life recovery of diabetics were observed. Results All the patients were under good blood glucose control （100%）. There were significant differences between before and after nursing in the quality of life of patients （P 〈 0.05）. The S-AI score and T-AI score of patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes are under good blood glucose control after taking insulin intensive therapy and individual nursing, and can significantly improve the quality of life of diabetics. It is worth popularizing application in clinic.
