摘要
用不同炉料和熔炼工艺,制得碳当量为4.2%左右的四种灰铸铁,对其所浇注的最小加工面壁厚仅3毫米的水泵叶轮及标准试棒的金相试样进行显微组织研究表明,以80%废钢铁切屑为主要炉料在感应炉中增碳制得的铸铁性能最好。试棒σb可达230-270MPa;叶轮可在铸态下切削。
Four grey irons containing about 4.2% CE were obtained under different charging materials and melting conditions with which were cast the standard test bars and castings of a pump rotor with minimum wall thickness of 3 mm . The metallographic examination results of specimens taken from the test bars and the tip of impeller rotor castings indicated that the cast iron melted with 80% steel turning as the base charging materials and carburated with graphite in induction furnace is the btst one of the four grey irons. The tensile strength of test bars achieved were 230~270MPa, impeller castings can be machined in the as cast state.
