摘要
为更好更快地适应安徽经济跨越式发展对中小企业会计电算化人才的需求,缩小企业与高校会计电算化人才培养目标的差距,电算化岗位关键能力的构建显得尤为重要。会计电算化专业的核心能力包括财务软件操作技能、系统转换实施能力和计算机硬件维护能力。高校应通过岗位知识的操作能力、岗位经验的积累能力以及基于职业道德的持续能力三个方面进行有针对性地培养、塑造高素质的会计电算化应用型人才。
The training of key competency of computerized accounting professionals is important both for better adapting to the leapfrog development of Anhui＇s economy and for narrowing the gap between the needs of enterprises and the training aims of universities for computerized accounting personnel. The key competency of the computerized accounting professionals includes skills in operating financial software, implementing system conversion and maintaining computer hardware. To bring up practical computerized accounting graduates, universities should focus on the training of operating skills, the accumulation of working experiences and the fostering of sustaining ability of the students.
