摘要
随着高等教育的不断发展,农业院校毕业生在就业过程中凸显出诸多思想方面的问题,主要原因在于对个人价值观、社会责任感、职业规划意识和职业道德等方面教育的缺失。要改善这一状况,就必须要将就业指导融入到思想政治教育当中,强化就业指导,重视诚信教育,加强毕业生实习期的思想政治教育和专业思想教育,加强校园文化建设,营造良好的育人氛围。
With the continual development of higher education, many ideological problems have emerged in the employment process of graduates of agricultural universities. The reasons lie in the absence of education in the aspects like personal values, social responsibility, career planning and professional ethics. The following solutions are believed to be able to contribute to improve this situation, integrating career guidance with ideological and political education; putting more emphasis on career guidance and moral education; putting ideological, political and moral education to higher priority durkng graduate intemships; putting more efforts on campus cultural construction~ and creating a better teachkng atmosphere
