摘要
中国传统文化中的环境伦理思想是中华文化的重要思想,对于现代的环境管理具有很强的指导性。以这种环境伦理思想和环境管理的基本理念为指导,构建环境文化管理模式。运用该模式,可加强环境管理中理论观念的普及力度,充分发掘出中国传统文化中"节约物力,共爱民生"的优秀思想,培养人们鲜明的环境保护意识和节约资源能源的优良生活习惯;同时在该模式下主动开发和运用绿色技术,进行理性消费和适度开发,重视环境保护,努力协调好人类社会、自然环境和经济技术三大系统之间的关系,以期为未来中国的可持续发展产生促进作用。
The concepts of environmental ethics in Chinese traditional culture are key ideas of Chinese culture, which have the leading superiority in guiding modern environment management. Guided by the environmental ethical ideas and the basic ideas of environment management, this paper builds up the management mode of environmental culture. By means of this mode, we can popularize environmental management concepts, fully spread such excellent ideas as ＂save resources and love the people~ s livelihood＂ in Chinese traditional culture, and cultivate people~ s distinctive consciousness of environmental protection and good living habits of energy saving; simultaneously in this mode we can develop and employ the green technology to carry on rational consumption and adequate development, attach importance to environment protection and try our best to harmonize the relationships among human society, natural environment and economic technique, with an aim to promote the sustainable development of China.
