阐述了TH—1型型内孕育块的试验方法、制造工艺和主要特点、并提出了型内孕育块及其反应室的设计原则,最后提供了垂直和水平分型大量流水线上采用型内孕育块生产铸态球铁的实例。
The article dcsribcs experimental procedure, manufacturing technology and the main characteristic of a new TH? mold inoculation insert with the help of development and application of new inoculation isert. The designing principles of the TH? insert and its reaction chamber are pioposed. Finally, practical examples using the new mold inoculation inseit in mass production lines both with vertical and horizontal parting molds for manufacturing as cast feiritic S. G. iron are given.
