摘要
目的:探讨水肿病的治则,指导水肿病的临床治疗。方法:通过文献记载和历代医家对水肿病治则的补充发挥,结合自身临床体会进行论述。结果:概括出临床治疗水肿病的主要六点治则,并对每种治则附以常用药物。结论:临床从温阳、理气、活血、健脾、固肾、芳香化湿等方面治疗水肿病疗效确切,丰富了水肿病的治则。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic principle of hydropsy to guide the clinical treatment. Methods：Discuss the treatment through the document and traditional therapeutic principle of hydropsy combined with their own clinical experience. Results：Summary the 6 main therapeutic principle of clinical treatment and commonly used drugs for each therapeutic principle. Conclusion ：The treatment for hydropsy from warming yang , regulating qi, activating blood circulation, strengthening spleen, firm kidney and arylate has certain curative effect and enrich the therapeutic principle.
