摘要
在工业规模的循环流化床锅炉上热态测试燃煤污染物排放的规律,研究燃烧过程中一次风率、床温、Ca/S比、负荷、循环量等因素对 SO_2、NO_X、CO的排放量及飞灰含碳量的影响.
Measurement of emission is carried out in a 75t/h CFB boiler with the patented water-cooled square separator. The effect of primary air ratio, bed temperature, Ca/S, load and circulating ash rate on the emission of S0_2. NO_X CO and carbon content in fly ash is investigated. The measurement results show that the high primary air ratio and high Ca/S would cause increasing, not only sulfur capture efficiency, but also the NO_X emission. The high circulating ash rate is favor for combustion efficiency. For a constant primary air bac, the emission of NO_X, CO increases with the load.
