阐述了亚临界自然循环与控制循环的水动力特点 ,列出了下降管有效压头、运动压头与阻力之间的关系式 ,实际与理论循环倍率 ,过冷度等数学表达式 ,并阐明了校核两种循环方式水冷壁可靠性 (膜态沸腾 )的准则 (即干度裕量和DNB比 ) ,同时对哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司投运的典型的 6 0 0MW机组控制循环锅炉与 30 0MW机组两种循环方式的水循环特性作了详细比较 ,并提出了改进措施与开发6 0
Presents the water dynamic features of subcritical natural circulation and controlled circulation, the relationship between downstream head, kinetic head and resistance, numerical expressions of actual and theoretical circulation factor and degree of overcooling, etc, and the criterion (i. e. ratio of dryness margin to DNB) for determination of reliability of water cooling wall for two modes of circulation, compares in detail typical 600 MW controlled circulation boiler with 300 MW dual circulation mode boiler, and suggests ways of improvement and development of 600 MW boiler with natural circulation.
