摘要
基于减少汽车出行的政策分类及交通管理的软措施机理,回顾了澳大利亚、英国、日本三国的软交通政策及其减少汽车出行的实践,并分析了三国的共同举措。结合中国的交通发展趋势,认为发展绿色交通是中国未来交通发展的必然趋势。基于对三国交通政策实践的分析,针对中国促进绿色出行的交通政策导向需求,总结了四项具有借鉴意义的启示。
This essay analyzes the functional urban area in the following aspects including its background, the spatial structure, the spatial form and structure, and urban function. Some important functional urban area concepts are analyzed, in- cluding metropolitan area, metropolitan belts, metropolitan cir- cles and city clusters, and its inner mechanism and the applica- tion in planning are also mentioned. Finally, some suggestions on the functional urban area application in urban planning are presented.
