摘要 后观音山铁矿露天转地下交接工作已基本完成,为了选取合理的采场结构参数,根据矿岩与充填体力学参数,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对充填法两步回采的采场结构参数进行了优化。利用ANSYS模拟不同采场的结构参数、采场顶板厚度及多采场回采模式下的采场应力状态和变形情况,综合分析模拟结果,最终确定最优方案。模拟结果表明:采场结构参数为20 m矿柱、30 m矿房的模型为最佳方案。该结果在矿山应用中取得了很好的效果,确保了地下矿产资源回采的安全性和高效性。 The transition from open-pit to underground mining has been completed in Houguanyin Mountain Iron Mine. The structure parameters were optimized with ANSYS (finite element analysis) software for the stope using backfill method with two-step stoping, based on mechanical parameters of rock mass and filling body. Structure parameters for various stopes, stope roof thickness, as well as the stope stress state and stope shape deformation under multi-stope operation were all simulated with ANSYS. The optimal parameters have been established based on the comprehensive analysis results. Results showed that the optimal stope should be with pillars and rooms, respectively, 20 meters and 30 meters long. This design has got good result in the mine application, ensuring the safety and efficiency in underground mineral exploitation.
