摘要
渐变刚度钢板弹簧具有刚度可变的特性,可使偏频变化很小或接近等频特性。采用等厚断面的簧片,其加工工艺简单,互换性强。以单位质量储能最大为目标函数,采用离散最优化方法,对等厚断面渐变刚度钢板弹簧进行了优化设计计算,并给出了计算实例。
Gradual rigidity leaf spring has variable rigidity feature, that causes little or nearly no change on offset frequency. If equally thick section feat is adopted, it has features of simple machining technology and high interchangeability. With unit weight energy - stored as objective function and with discrete optimizing methodology, the optimizing design cal- culation has been performed on equally thick section and gradual rigidity leaf spring. Calculation practice has been provided.
