摘要
目的:通过对痔术后患者使用肛泰软膏加三黄洗剂换药法与使用传统换药法对照,观察使用肛泰软膏加三黄洗剂患者的术后症状改善情况,并探讨其治疗机制。方法:选取2010年1月—2010年12月收集的患者病例200例,随机分为肛泰软膏加三黄洗剂(治疗组)100例和传统换药法(对照组)100例。分别观察两组患者术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿的情况。结果:两组病例的术后疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿比较,治疗组均较对照组具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛泰软膏加三黄洗剂方法在痔术后促愈合、减少并发症方面有积极的影响。
Objective：To observe the curative effect,length of stay and symptom relief of treatment group using Gangtai hemorrhoid creams combined with Sanhuang hemorrhoid fumigation through change dressings of Gangtai hemorrhoid creams combined with Sanhuang hemorrhoid fumigation comparing with that of tradition for patients after hemorrhoidectomy. Methods：200 patients between January 2010 and December 2010 were registered and distributed to Gangtai hemorrhoid creams combined with Sanhuang hemorrhoid fumigation group （treatment group, 100 case）and traditional group （control group, 100 case）randomizedly to record two group respectively：pain, bleeding and anal edema. Results：After treatment, the symptom degrees of pain, bleeding and edema in treatment group were lower than those in control group ＇after hemorrhoidectomy. Conclusion：Gangtai hemorrhoid creams combined with Sanhuang hemorrhoid fumigation has a good curative effect after hemorrhoidectomy.
