摘要
利用地理信息系统 (GIS)技术管理资源环境信息 ,有着方便、直观、快捷等特点 ,因而 GIS已经成为管理部门高效决策的手段之一。本文以 GIS技术在辽东湾北部资源环境开发管理领域中应用为例 ,介绍了辽东湾北部环境敏感区信息系统 (L DBGIS)的设计及实现过程 ,详述了 L DBGIS在区域资源环境开发中为决策部门服务的应用功能。
The technique of GIS (Geographical Information System) has been widely used to construction, integrate and analyze the data of area resources and environments. It is so convenient, prompt and scientific to manage the data of area environmental information based on GIS that GIS is becoming one of most powerful tools of government aided policy decision. In this paper an example of application of GIS technique in the northern area of Liaodong Bay is given. The design and development of LDBGIS and the details of its application in the field of area resource exploitation and environment maintaining are overviewed.
