摘要
教师专业化是提高教师专业素质、最终实现高质量教育的逻辑起点。通过学习型组织在教师专业发展中的必要性的分析,在学校中积极构建学习型组织,以学习求生存,以学习促发展,对于促进教师专业发展有着十分重要的现实意义。
Teachers′ professionalization is the logic stating point to improve the quality of the teaching profession and ultimately realize the high-quality education. Through the analysis of necessity of learning organization in teachers professional development, it plays an important part in the promotion of teachers′ professional development through positively establishing learning organization at colleges for the purpose of existence and development.
