摘要
"十一五"以来,新疆民营经济得以跨越式发展,民营经济总量进一步扩大,经济力量得以增强,成为促进新疆区域经济发展的助推器,成为社会主义市场经济健康快速发展的重要和有益的补充。但也应该认识到新疆民营经济在发展过程中尚存一些问题,集中表现在民营经济发展环境问题、民营经济增长方式及区域分布不平衡、融资瓶颈等问题,因此需要从思想认识、软环境建设、调整产业结构、拓宽融资渠道、加强民营企业创业者的培训及建立长效督察机制等角度思考解决路径,以更好地促进"十二五"期间新疆地区民营经济的发展。
Since the Tenth Five-year Plan period, the private economy has experienced leaping develop- ment in Xinjiang. The private economy aggregate has further expanded, the economic power has been strengthened. Thus,private economy has become a booster for the economic development in Xinjiang and an important and beneficial supplement to healthy and rapid development of socialist market economy. But we should realize that there still exist some problems for private economic development in Xinjinag, for example, the developmental environment for private economy, its growth mode, regional unbalanced distribution and financing bottleneck. Therefore, We need to think about the solutions from the angles of concepts,soft environment construction, adjustment of industrial structure, broadening financing chan- nels, strengthening the training of private entrepreneurs and establishing long-term supervision mecha- nism in order to better promote the development of private economy in Xinjiang during Twelfth Five- year Plan period.
