摘要
目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗手足口病的疗效及安全性。方法纳入183例手足口病患儿,随机分为2组,2组患儿在对症处理的基础上予以更昔洛韦5 mg/（kg.d）抗病毒治疗,治疗组加用蒲地蓝消炎口服液,5~10 mL/次,3次/d;对照组加用双黄连口服液,5~10 mL/次,3次/d。结果治疗组体温恢复正常、皮疹消退、咽痛消失及开始进食时间均较对照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液与抗病毒药物联合应用治疗手足口病患儿疗效佳、安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of adjuvant therapy of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid for hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods A total of 183 HFMD children were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.Based on symptomatic treatment,the two groups were administered ganciclovir 5 mg/（kg·d） anti-viral treatment.The treatment group received Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral solution,5-10 mL each time,3 times/d,while the control group received Shuanghuanglian oral solution,5-10 mL each time,3 times/d.Results The time for the body temperature back to the normal,the disappearing of rashes and sore throat,and food intake in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.The total efficacy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral solution combined with other antivirals proves to be effective in the treatment of HFMD patients with more safety.Thus it is worthy of promotion.
