摘要
目的探讨地奥司明治疗下肢深静脉血栓临床疗效。方法 70例下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予尿激酶、华法令钠、阿司匹林、复方丹参治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用微粒化地奥司明片,1350 mg/次,3次/d,连用4 d,然后改为900 mg/次,2次/d,连用10 d。观察2组患者溶栓效果及治疗前、治疗10 d、治疗30 d时左右踝周径、左右腓肠肌周径。结果治疗组溶栓有效率为74.3%,高于对照组有效率68.6%;2组治疗后左、右踝周径和左、右腓肠肌周径均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组减少的更加明显(P<0.05)。未见明显不良反应。结论地奥司明能够明显减轻下肢静脉血栓形成后的肢体肿胀。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diosmin in deep venous thrombosis.Methods Seventy patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into treatment group（n=35） and control group（n=35）.The control group received urokinase,warfarin sodium,aspirin,and Danshen.Based on the treatment of the control group,the treatment group received additional micronized diosmin tablets,1350 mg/time,3 times/d,continuously for 4d,and then changed to 900 mg/time,2 times/d,qd 10 d.Thrombolytic effects of the two groups were observed.Ankle circumference and calf circumference before treatment,10d,30d after treatment were observed as well.Results The total efficacy rate of thrombosis was 74.3% in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group（68.6%）.After treatment,the left and right ankle circumference and the left and right calf circumference in the two groups were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.The treatment group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）.No significant adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Diosmin can significantly reduce deep vein thrombosis of limb swelling.
