摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并频发室性早搏(PVC)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将96例冠心病合并PVC患者随机分为2组,每组48例,均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用稳心颗粒,每次1包,每日3次,温开水冲服,4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组室性早搏次数明显下降,心悸、胸闷、气短等临床症状好转,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为91.7%(44/48),对照组总有效率为72.9%(35/48),2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服药期间未发现与稳心颗粒相关的不良反应。结论稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并PVC具有疗效显著、安全可靠、见效快、无不良反应等诸多优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Wenxin granule in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（shorted as coronary heart disease） combined with premature ventricular contractions（PVC）.Methods Ninety-six coronary heart disease patients with PVC were randomly divided into treatment group（n=48） and control group（n=48）.Both groups received routine treatment.But the treatment group received additional Wenxin granule,one packet each time,3 times a day,taken with warm water,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the ventricular premature contraction frequency in the treatment group decreased significantly,but palpitations,chest pain,shortness of breath and clinical symptoms improved.There were no statistically significant differences（P〈0.01）.The total efficacy rate in the treatment group was 91.7%（44/48） and 72.9%（35/48） in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group during the medication.Conclusion Wenxin granule for coronary heart disease complicated by PVC has advantages of being safe,reliable and fast with no adverse reactions.Thus it is worthy of clinical application.
