摘要
目的探寻治疗男性乳房肥大症的良好微创手术方法。方法对乳房进行肿胀麻醉后行乳房腺体周围脂肪抽吸,然后经微创乳晕切口切除乳房腺体。结果采用脂肪抽吸联合微创腺体切除术治疗22例男性乳房肥大症,术后无并发症,随访6~18个月,切口瘢痕不显,外形满意。结论肿胀麻醉下脂肪抽吸联合微创腺体切除术治疗男性乳房肥大症,手术创伤小、出血少、恢复快,是一种的理想手术方法。
Objective To explore an ideal surgical treatment for gynecomastia.Methods Liposuction under tumescent anesthesia around the breast glands and suction of fat around the glands were conducted and minimally-invasive areola incision of breast gland was done.Results Liposuction combined with micro-invasive gland resection in the treatment of 22 patients with gynecomastia was done with no postoperative complications.The follow-up of 6 to 18 months showed that incision scar was not apparent and the outlook was satisfactory.Conclusion Liposuction under tumescent anesthesia combined with minimally-invasive gland resection in the treatment of gynecomastia is an ideal surgical method with smaller wound,less bleeding,and faster recovery.
