水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,HC-BP-PV)的治疗效果。方法回顾分析47例HC-BPPV患者的临床资料,经病史采集和Dix-Hallpike检查及Roll maneuver(翻转试验)确诊为HC-BPPV的患者,根据眼震特点采用相应的耳石复位法进行治疗。结果 47例患者中38例为管结石症,9例为嵴顶结石症,管结石症患者治愈38例(100%),总有效率100%,首次治愈23例(60.5%),平均治愈次数1.51次;嵴顶结石症患者治愈8例(88.9%),有效1例(11.1%),总有效率100%,首次治愈3例(33.3%),平均治愈次数2.52次。随访3个月无复发。结论 HC-BP-PV在临床中有一定的发病率,经手法复位治疗后能取得满意疗效。
